Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens
De website www.justinsinner.nl en/of dienst Justin Sinner Pictures heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. Ik kan echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is en raad ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Als je er van overtuigd bent dat er zonder die toestemming persoonlijke gegevens is verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact met mij op via jsinnerpictures@hotmail.com, dan verwijder ik deze informatie.

Justin Sinner Pictures verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
– Het laten zien van foto’s die ik gemaakt heb tijdens het evenement (gerechtvaardigd belang) of ter promotie op www.justinsinner.nl of voor stockfoto gebruik, dit altijd in overleg!
– Het analyseren van jouw gedrag op de website ter verbetering, en het aanbod van producten en diensten af te stemmen op jouw voorkeuren
– Jou te kunnen bellen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren

Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming
Justin Sinner Pictures neemt niet op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma’s of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van Justin Sinner Pictures) tussen zit.
Hoe lang blijven de persoonsgegevens bewaard

Justin Sinner Pictures verkoopt jouw gegevens niet en verstrekt deze uitsluitend aan derden als dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een bewerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens.
Privacyverklaring: gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heb je het recht om je eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door Justin Sinner Pictures en heb je het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Maak in het kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van jouw privacy. Ik reageer zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek .
Justin Sinner Pictures wil je er tevens op wijzen dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om een klacht in te dienen bij de nationale toezichthouder. Dat kan via de volgende link naar Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Hoe de persoonsgegevens beveiligd worden
Justin Sinner Pictures neemt de bescherming van jouw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Ik gebruik alleen complexe wachtwoorden en voor iedere website gebruik ik een apart wachtwoord. Beveiligingssoftware, zoals een virusscanner en firewall.
